Welcome to LinkOnMe! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LinkOnMe (the “Platform”), a link-in-bio solution that allows users to create personal profiles and post links to their content. By accessing or using LinkOnMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. General Information

LinkOnMe is a service designed to help you consolidate and share your online presence through a customizable profile page. Our Platform enables you to post links, content, and other information for your followers or visitors. These Terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using LinkOnMe. We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. If we make significant changes, we will provide notice by updating the “Effective Date” above and, if appropriate, by additional notice (such as on our website or via email). Your continued use of the Platform after any changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using LinkOnMe.

Third-Party Links: LinkOnMe profiles may include links to third-party websites or content that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites that you or other users link to through the Platform. Your interactions with those third-party sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.

2. Account Registration

To use many features of the Platform, you need to create an account. When registering for an account, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during the sign-up process (such as a valid email address and username). You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date.
• Account Credentials: You must choose a secure password and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your password or give others access to your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or a security breach, notify us immediately at support@linkonme.com.
• One Account Rule: In general, we recommend one account per individual or entity. Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts. If you need multiple profiles for legitimate reasons (for example, managing separate business and personal pages), you must ensure all usage complies with these Terms.
• Eligibility: We do not enforce a universal age requirement (see Age Restrictions below for more details). However, by creating an account, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that you meet any minimum age laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If you are registering on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. User Content and Conduct

When you use LinkOnMe, you can post content on your profile (such as text, images, videos, and links to external sites). You are solely responsible for all content that you post or share on the Platform, as well as for your interactions with others. By posting content, you affirm that you have the necessary rights to that content and you grant LinkOnMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share your content as needed to provide the service.

Prohibited Content and Activities: To maintain a safe and lawful community, you agree NOT to use LinkOnMe for any of the following:

• Illegal Content or Activities: Do not post any content that is unlawful, promotes illegal activities, or violates any applicable law or regulation. This includes (but is not limited to) content related to fraud, illicit drugs, human trafficking, unlawful weapons, or any other criminal activity. You also must not use the Platform to engage in phishing, spreading malware, or any other malicious practices.
• Hate Speech and Harassment: We have zero tolerance for hate speech, harassment, or content that attacks or demeans a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics. Do not use slurs, threats, or abusive language toward others. Bullying, stalking, or encouraging violence or self-harm is strictly prohibited.
• Adult Content: Adult or sexually explicit content is allowed on LinkOnMe provided it is legal in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction of your profile visitors. If you choose to post adult content, you must comply with all applicable laws (for example, you must be of legal age and have consent from anyone depicted, and you cannot share illegal pornography such as content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or extreme obscenity). We strongly recommend marking your profile or content as sensitive or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) if it contains adult material, so that viewers are aware. Remember that you may not post adult content on platforms that prohibit it when sharing your LinkOnMe link (e.g., certain social media sites have their own rules).
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Do not post content that you do not own or have permission to use. This includes copyrighted material (music, videos, images, text, software, etc.), trademarks, or others’ proprietary information. You must not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization. If you use someone else’s content in your profile, ensure you have the legal right or license to do so.
• Spam and Malicious Links: Do not use your LinkOnMe profile to spam others or distribute malicious links. This means you should not post repetitive or irrelevant content, unsolicited advertisements (unless specifically allowed), schemes to defraud users, or links that lead to scams, phishing, or malware. Creating profiles solely to drive SEO or manipulate rankings is not allowed.
• Avoiding Platform Restrictions: You must not attempt to circumvent any restrictions or content filters on the Platform. For example, do not create new accounts to bypass a suspension or ban, and do not use techniques to hide prohibited content from our moderation. Any attempt to evade detection or enforcement actions can result in immediate termination of your account(s).
• Other Harmful Conduct: You may not engage in any activity that, in LinkOnMe’s sole discretion, is objectionable, restricts or inhibits any other person from using the Platform, or which may expose LinkOnMe or its users to harm or liability. This includes extreme violent content, content that infringes privacy or data protection rights of others, or any conduct that violates our Privacy Policy or other policies.

User Responsibility: You understand that you are responsible for the content you share and the consequences of sharing it. LinkOnMe does not pre-screen all user content, but we reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove or disable access to any content on the Platform at our discretion, particularly if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable law. However, LinkOnMe is not responsible for the content posted by users and does not endorse any user content. If you encounter content that you believe violates these Terms, you can report it to us at support@linkonme.com.

Content Ownership: As between you and LinkOnMe, you retain any ownership rights you have in the content you post. These Terms do not give us ownership of your content. However, by making content available through the Platform, you give LinkOnMe permission to use, reproduce, modify (e.g., resize an image for a thumbnail), and display your content as necessary to operate the service (for example, to show it on your profile page or in promotions of your profile that you request). This license is non-exclusive and revocable if you remove the content or delete your account (except to the extent your content has been shared or cached by others).

4. Monetization & Payments

LinkOnMe may offer features now or in the future that enable you to monetize your profile, such as receiving payments from followers, offering subscriptions to fans for exclusive content, selling products or services via your profile, or participating in revenue-sharing programs. By using any current or future monetization features, you agree to the following terms:

• Third-Party Payment Providers: Monetization features might require you to set up or connect an account with a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe, PayPal, or others we partner with). You must comply with all terms and conditions of any payment provider you use in connection with LinkOnMe. We are not a bank or financial institution; any payments will typically be processed by these third parties. LinkOnMe is not liable for issues attributable to the payment processors, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist users in resolving such issues.
• Commissions and Fees: If we introduce paid subscription options or tipping/donation features for your followers, LinkOnMe may charge a service fee or commission on transactions. For example, we might take a percentage of each transaction or a fixed fee, which will be disclosed to you when you opt in to a monetization feature. We reserve the right to change our fees or revenue-sharing percentages with notice to you. The net amount after any fees will be credited to your account balance with the payment provider, subject to their terms (like payout schedules and minimum payout thresholds).
• Pricing and Taxes: If you set a price for subscription content or solicit payments (e.g., you charge $5/month for premium content on your profile), you are responsible for setting reasonable pricing in compliance with our policies. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or government fees owed as a result of the revenue you earn on LinkOnMe. We do not withhold taxes on your behalf, so you should report and pay any applicable taxes as required by your local laws. LinkOnMe may provide you with transaction summaries or 1099 forms (for U.S. users) where legally required, but it remains your duty to fulfill tax obligations.
• No Illegal Transactions: All monetization activity must comply with these Terms and the law. You cannot use LinkOnMe to sell illegal goods or services, launder money, fund illegal activities, or conduct any transaction that is fraudulent or prohibited. We reserve the right to monitor transactions and report any suspicious activity to authorities or take appropriate action (including freezing funds or terminating accounts) if we suspect abuse.
• Payment Terms for Purchasers: If you pay for a subscription, content, or any service through LinkOnMe (for example, if you subscribe to another user’s premium feed or make a purchase via their LinkOnMe profile), you agree to pay all charges and applicable fees associated with that transaction. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. We may in our discretion issue refunds or credits in cases of accidental duplicate charges, fraud, or other compelling circumstances, but we are not obligated to provide a refund if you simply change your mind. • Refunds and Chargebacks: Because digital content and memberships can be consumed immediately, our general policy is that payments are non-refundable. However, if you believe there has been an error or you did not receive the content/service you paid for, contact support@linkonme.com and we will review the situation. Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card without first attempting to resolve the issue with us is strongly discouraged. Chargebacks not only harm creators but can also flag your account for potential fraud. If you initiate fraudulent chargebacks or excessive chargebacks occur on payments related to your profile, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and seek repayment of any funds reversed by the chargeback. Creators who experience frequent chargebacks may have payouts delayed or held pending investigation.
• Payouts to Creators: For users earning money through the Platform, payouts will be handled via the connected payment processor. There may be a minimum balance required to withdraw funds, and payouts might be scheduled (e.g., monthly) or subject to a clearance period to ensure payments are not fraudulent or subject to chargeback. We will provide details in the creator dashboard or relevant policy when monetization features are enabled. LinkOnMe is not responsible for delays in payout once we have sent the payout instruction to the payment processor. Any fees charged by the payment processor (for example, transfer fees) may be deducted from your payout.
• Future Features: As LinkOnMe evolves, we may introduce new monetization features such as advertising revenue sharing, affiliate link programs, or LinkOnMe premium services. Any such features will be subject to these Terms and possibly additional terms that we will communicate to you. By participating in any new program, you agree to any additional terms, and if you do not agree, you should not use those new features.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We hope you enjoy using LinkOnMe, but if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that jeopardizes our community or Platform, your account may be suspended or terminated. LinkOnMe reserves the right to suspend (temporarily disable) or terminate (permanently disable) your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. This section outlines common reasons for suspension/termination and how the process works:

5.1 Reasons for Suspension or Termination:
Your account may be suspended or terminated for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:

• Violating Content Rules: Posting content that breaches our User Content and Conduct rules (Section 3), such as illegal material, hate speech, harassment, or infringing content.
• Repeat Infringements: Repeated violations of these Terms or other policies, or failure to comply after receiving a warning. We adopt a “repeat infringer” policy under the DMCA (see Section 6) — accounts subject to multiple valid copyright complaints may be terminated.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Creating or using additional accounts to evade a ban, suspension, or other enforcement action. For example, if your account is suspended, you must not create a new one to bypass the suspension. Using someone else’s account or asking others to post on your behalf to avoid our rules is also prohibited.
• Multiple Profiles Abuse: Operating multiple profiles in a way that abuses the Platform (such as spreading prohibited content across accounts, or using one account to promote content banned on another) can lead to all related accounts being suspended. While having separate profiles is not outright banned, any misuse or rule evasion via multiple accounts is not allowed.
• Monetization Abuse: Fraudulent or prohibited activities related to payments. For instance, if you engage in payment fraud, encourage false transactions, excessively refund or chargeback transactions as a creator or a customer, or otherwise abuse the monetization system, we may suspend payouts or terminate your ability to use monetization features or your account entirely.
• Security and Legal Reasons: If we detect security risks (such as your account being compromised by hackers) or if you are using the Platform for phishing, distributing malware, or other security threats, we may suspend your account to protect you and others. Likewise, if required by law (e.g., a court order) or if you are apparently using the Platform for unlawful purposes, we may terminate your account.
• Inactivity: In some cases, very long periods of account inactivity (no login or profile updates for an extended time) may result in account deactivation. We will typically notify you at the email on file before deactivating an inactive account, giving you a chance to log in and keep it active.
• Other Violations: Any other breach of these Terms, Privacy Policy, or any additional guidelines issued by LinkOnMe. We reserve the right to terminate for reasons outside of those listed above if we, in our sole discretion, determine that a user’s presence poses risk or harm to our community, other users, or the Platform’s integrity.

5.2 Process for Suspension/Termination:

• Notice: Depending on the severity of the violation, we may first send you a warning or notice describing the issue and requiring correction. Minor issues (like a first-time minor policy violation) might result in a warning email and temporary suspension until you fix the problem (for example, removing prohibited content). Serious violations (such as posting egregiously illegal content or clear hate speech, or fraud) may result in immediate termination without prior notice.
• During Suspension: If your account is suspended, you may not be able to access your profile or some features of the Platform. Any ongoing subscriptions or payments may be paused. You should follow any instructions in the suspension notice, which might include steps to remedy the situation or contact us for more information.
• Appeals: We understand misunderstandings or mistakes can happen. If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, or if you have addressed the violation, you can appeal the decision by contacting us at support@linkonme.com. Please provide relevant information or evidence to support your appeal (for example, if you were accused of copyright infringement but have rights to the content, provide proof of ownership or a license). Our team will review appeals in good faith and inform you of the outcome. Decisions on appeals are at LinkOnMe’s sole discretion, and repeated or baseless appeals may not receive a response.
• Post-Termination: If your account is terminated (as opposed to temporary suspension), your profile will be taken down and your access revoked permanently. You may not create a new account after termination without explicit permission from LinkOnMe. Content you posted may be deleted or made inaccessible, though we may retain certain data as required or permitted by law (see Privacy Policy for data handling after account deletion). Any pending payouts at the time of termination may be frozen or forfeited if related to illegal or fraudulent conduct; otherwise, we will attempt to settle any legitimate outstanding payments owed to you.
• No Liability for Enforcement: LinkOnMe is not liable for any damages resulting from suspension or termination of your account, and any enforcement action is made at our discretion. We also reserve the right to report any illegal activities to law enforcement.

6. DMCA & Copyright Policy

LinkOnMe respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please notify us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

6.1 Posting Copyrighted Content: By uploading or linking content on LinkOnMe, you affirm that you have the rights to do so. Do not use LinkOnMe to host or distribute copyrighted material that you do not own or have permission to use. Infringing content may be removed, and repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated. We encourage creators to use only content (like images, music, videos) that they have created themselves or obtained legally with proper licenses.

6.2 DMCA Takedown Requests: If you are a copyright owner (or an agent of one) and find content on LinkOnMe that you believe infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or analogous laws. Send your copyright complaint to support@linkonme.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request”. In your email, please include:

• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or sufficient information to locate the allegedly infringing content on our Platform.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information you provide in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your full name, contact information (address, telephone number, and email address), and a physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will promptly investigate and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing content. We may notify the user who posted the content of the takedown and provide them with a copy of your notice (without your contact info, if you request confidentiality). That user then has the right to submit a counter-notification if they believe the takedown is mistaken. We will follow the DMCA process for any counter-notifications, which might result in the content being restored if the copyright owner does not initiate a court action within a certain time frame.

6.3 Repeat Infringer Policy: In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, LinkOnMe will terminate user accounts that are deemed repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts for a single infringement if it is particularly blatant (for example, sharing a full movie or software crack) or for other intellectual property violations (like trademark infringement or impersonation).

6.4 Other IP Complaints: For issues involving trademarks, impersonation, or other non-copyright IP concerns, you can also contact us at support@linkonme.com with relevant details. We will review and address these complaints as appropriate, which may include removal of the offending material or other measures.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes in detail how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use LinkOnMe. This section provides a summary of key points:

• Data Collection: When you register and use LinkOnMe, we collect certain personal data such as your email address, username, profile information, and any content you choose to post. If you engage in monetization features, we might collect additional information necessary for payments (like payout account details or tax information) in accordance with our payment provider’s requirements.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may use aggregated or anonymized data (that does not identify you personally) for analytics, research, and marketing our service.

  • With your consent or at your direction (for example, if you connect a third-party service to your profile, we might share data with that service as needed).

For instance, cookies help keep you logged in and help us understand how users navigate the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect your experience on the Platform.
• Children’s Privacy: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by local law (see Age Restrictions below). If we learn we have collected personal data from a child under 13 (or the minimum age in the applicable jurisdiction) without proper consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible. Parents or guardians who believe their child may have provided us with personal information can contact us at support@linkonme.com to request removal.

8. Age Restrictions

LinkOnMe does not impose a blanket age restriction for all users; however, you must comply with the age laws of your country or region when using our Platform:

• You affirm that you are old enough to use online services without legal guardian consent in your jurisdiction, or that you have obtained any necessary consent from a parent or legal guardian. For example, if local law requires a person to be at least 13 or 16 to use an online service, you must meet that requirement, or have a parent/guardian set up the account on your behalf when allowed.
• If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms with your parent or guardian to make sure you and they understand your rights and responsibilities. We recommend that minors have parental supervision when using the Platform, especially if accessing or posting adult content.
• We allow adult content on LinkOnMe under Section 3, but any such content is intended for consenting adults only. If you are under the legal age of majority (often 18) in your country, you should not post or access adult content. Creators who post adult content are responsible for ensuring that such content is labeled appropriately and not intentionally distributed to minors.
• If local law imposes additional age restrictions for certain content on your LinkOnMe profile (for example, gambling links might require viewers to be 18+), you must comply with those laws both in posting and in who you direct the content to.
• LinkOnMe reserves the right to ask for age verification or parental consent documentation in cases where we believe a user may be under the required age and is using the Platform in violation of applicable laws. Failure to provide proof of eligibility may result in account suspension or termination.

By using LinkOnMe, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements and that your use of the Platform does not violate any age-related legal restrictions in your jurisdiction.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

LinkOnMe is provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to offer a great service, there are some important disclaimers and limitations on our liability that you need to understand:

• No Warranty: LinkOnMe disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, security, uptime, or accuracy. We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that it will meet your expectations. Any material or content obtained through the Platform is accessed at your own discretion and risk.
• User Content: You acknowledge that we are not responsible for user-generated content or the actions of users. Content posted by others may be offensive, inappropriate, unlawful, or otherwise in violation of our rules, and LinkOnMe assumes no responsibility for such content. We are not liable for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography, or profanity you may encounter when using the Platform. If you choose to link to third-party sites or content via your profile, you do so at your own risk; LinkOnMe is not responsible for any damages or liabilities arising from content on external sites.
• Technical Limitations: LinkOnMe may become unavailable from time to time due to technical problems, maintenance, or factors beyond our control (such as internet outages or force majeure events). We do not warrant that the Platform will be compatible with all devices or will be free of viruses or other harmful components. While we take security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and we are not responsible for any unauthorized access to or alteration of your content or data.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkOnMe and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses), arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if LinkOnMe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Cap on Liability: To the extent that any liability is not legally excludable, LinkOnMe’s total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of: (a) the total amount you have paid to LinkOnMe for the service in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability; or (b) USD $100 (or the equivalent in your local currency). This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
• Exceptions: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation/exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. If those laws apply to you, some of the disclaimers or limitations above may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights. In such cases, LinkOnMe’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinkOnMe and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) that arise from or relate to your use or misuse of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party. LinkOnMe reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.
